Error description

• ABENDD37 RC04 and MSGIEC031I D37-04,IFG0554P ... for JRNDDP0x
  CEX journal data set.
  -
  The D37 can occur on one or more of the CEX journals because the
  journal manager attempts to write to a track beyond the end of
  the journal.

  A D37 can occur on one or more of the CEX journals because
  the journal manager attempts to write to a track beyond

Problem conclusion

• The journal manager has been changed to process the last track
  in a manner that offers more protection against the D37
  abends and to provide additional diagnostic information if a D37
  does occur.
