  The SecurityUtil tool should remove the leading or trailing
  spaces from the supplied string, therefore it is impossible to
  encode the string which has such the spaces.
  

Problem conclusion

• With this fix, the SecurityUtil tool now supports encoding
  string with the leading or trailing spaces with --notrim
  parameter.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for
  inclusion in fix pack 8.5.5.5.  Please refer to the Recommended
  Updates page for delivery information:
