PI27769: BIC INFO IS NOT SHOWN IN OSN AND PRINT-OUTS

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Problem description:
  When creating ISN message in MER, BIC expansion information of
  remote address will be shown in the GUI.But in OSN message, BIC
  expansion information of sender is not shown in the GUI. The
  same problem occurs in print-outs as well.

  Formerly, when displaying the content of a message in MER, the
  BIC information for the sending LT of an OSN message is not
  displayed in the formatted view. This is not correct.
  

Problem conclusion

• Now, this has been fixed. When displaying the content of a
  message in MER, the BIC information for the sending LT of an
  OSN message is displayed.
