PI27336: BURSTING FAILS ON TERADATA 14 WHEN UTF-16 CHARSET USED

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Data type format is  not correctly recognized by Cognos BI when
  there is a numeric value in a char data type column and the
  datasource is Teradata 14 with UTF-16 charset.  As a result SQL
  query fails on a numeric value like 1234 while it supposed to be
  number in a single quotes like '1234' (since it is a char data
  type).
