Error description

• Normally, after executing the testcase of test conductor, a
  '_show' sequence diagram including various messages will be
  generated. But if we execute the CppTestingExternalFiles sample
  of Rhapsody v81 or v811 on a Chinese OS, the generated '_show'
  sequence diagram doesn't include any message.
