APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The usage of SYSLGRNX in determining which DB2 logs are
  necessary may eliminate all logs resulting in return code = 2
  and message ALAA304I in the general report component. The
  following must be true for this to occur:
    The DB2 subsystem has been converted from a data sharing to a
    non-data sharing system and the BSDS still shows the member ID
    as greater than or equal to x'0001'.
  

Local fix

• Set 'Misc flags=X' to bypass use of SYSLGRNX
