PI26780: ADDING SUPPORT FOR A FIXED COLUMN LENGTH EXTERNAL FORMAT OUTPUT FILE

Error description

• A new LOADFILE format is being added to DB2 Log Analysis Tool.
  The new format will create an output file with fixed column
  lengths and data in an external format. This will make it easier
  to load data into another RDMBS or downstream application.
