    * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
    ****************************************************************
    When removing/purging thousands of batch jobs,
    informational messages are generated for each job. The
    customer
    would like to have the ability to disable/omit those job
    messages from the logs to reduce storage space.

Problem conclusion

  • A Job Scheduler Custom Property
    (disable.job.log.purge.message) was added to support omitting
    the messages. This property is set to false by default, but
    can be set to true to omit the informational messages from
    being displayed in the logs.
