Error description

• ABEND0C9 IN IWXCTRXB CAUSED BY FIXED POINT DIVIDE EXCEPTION WHEN
  ATTEMPTING TO CALCULATE PATH ROUTING INDICES, that is when WLR
  is figuring out which path to use based on GOALS when values
  such as:
  Total number of transactions processed: 4,294,962,402
  and
  Number of transactions processed by the LOCAL/IMSA path:
  4,284,452,991
  are encountered.
  

Local fix

• Issue the /format IWXADM LEVEL command to zero out these
  counters until a PTF is available to fix this problem.

  4,284,452,991 are encountered.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code has been modified to correct the above issue.
