• When CF structure tried to recover, abend 5C6-00C51194 occured
  and queue manager terminated abnormally:

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The queue manager abends with           *
  *                      5C6-00C51194.                           *
  *                      This occurs after a loss of             *
  *                      connectivity to an application          *
  *                      structure that has a CFLEVEL inferior   *
  *                      to 5, or CFCONLOS is set to TERMINATE.  *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  In the case where a CF application structure loses connectivity
  and causes the queue manager to terminate, there is a small
  window where the STRB_Connectivity_State flag for the admin
  structure is still set, even though the queue manager has
  disconnected from it.
  If requests are made to the admin structure in that timing
  window, the CF will return IXLRsnCodeBadConToken. As the
  connectivity flag is still set, this is unexpected and the queue
  manager abends.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code in CSQECLOS was changed to correctly update the
  connectivity flag in the admin structure control block to
  prevent an abend from occurring when the CF returns
  IXLRsnCodeBadConToken.
