• Closed as program error.

Error description

• An error can occur in the updating target DB phase when
  DBRC-ACTION(REDEFINE) is in effect and ALLOW_HALDB_REDEFINE = N
  in the GCLINI file. The error message displayed is:
  GCL34579E Source DBD src-dbdname and target DBDtgt-dbdname are
  incompatible: Partitions are different and DBRC_ACTION is set to
  REORG
  

Local fix

• use following work around:
  This can occur after APAR PI23729 is applied. A temporary work
  around would be to set ALLOW_HALDB_REDEFINE = Y in the GCLINI
  file.
