PI25223: SET CURRENT SQLID DOES NOT WORK WHEN GENERATING JCL FOR ONE PHASE MODE

Error description

• Specifying a 'Set Current SQLID' has no effect when generating a
  job using either one phase mode.  The generated SQL behaves as
  if no value has been set.
