   0C4 abends in CSQMGWTX: these are due to a GETWAIT timer
  expiring for an MHND which has since been released. Due
  to the storage shortage, the associated storage has been
  freed, causing the 0C4 abend.

  since been freed, expires. The code in CSQMGWTX is supposed to
  handle the case and sets a retry PRR. The dump however is not
  suppressed.
  
  When the exit trace point is being written, an attempt to read
  mhnd.pECBwait is made, causing another 0C4.
  

Problem conclusion

• CSQMGWTX has been changed to correctly handle the 0C4 abends.
