• In Worklight Console, uploading a CSV multi languages
  notification message file saved in UTF-8 with Byte Order Mark
  (BOM) is resulting
  in error
  

Local fix

• Save the file in UTF-8 without BOM as recommended by the unicode
  standard.

Problem conclusion

• The Worklight console management REST service was modified to
  support multiple language notification file in UTF-8 format with
  Byte Order Mark (BOM).
  The worklightadmin.war needs to be redeployed.
