Error description

• When creating an adapter using the Command Line Interface (CLI)
  tool, it is possible to create procedures for JSONStore and USSD
  enablement.  The documentation states that this is done using
  the --jsonstore, -j, --ussd, -u
  options.
  
  Although -j and -u options work, --jsonstore and --ussd options
  do not.
  

Local fix

• Use the -j option to create the procedure for JSONStore
  Use the -u option to create the procedure for USSD enablement
