• Update the installWSGridMQ.py script to add a parameter to
  either do the deployment or the resource definitions or both.

  The installWSGridMQ.py script by default installs the
  Application and the MQ configuration at the cluster or server
  level.  Users may need the option of installing the Application
  at the Cluster level and the MQ configuration at the Server
  level.
  

Problem conclusion

• New function was added to the script to allow the
  installWSGridMQ.py script to install the pieces of the
  configuration at different server levels given the command line
  parameters passed to the script.
  
  APAR PI24728 is currently targeted for inclusion in Fix Pack
  8.5.5.5 of WebSphere Application Server V8.5.
