Error description

  • Looping and/or abend in CQM CAE server if attempting to connect
to a DB2 that is down. The CQM API branches to a message handler
to issue a WTO but the message handler ignored the fact the
connection request was coming from the client (CAE) and not the
server (CQM STC) and caused a bad branch.
