• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Sometimes, in 6.0 more than one record for the same device is
  created in the Worklight database.  This creates a problem
  during 6.0 or 6.1 to 6.2 migration, this has occured while
  using 6.0.
  
  An error "SQLIntegrityConstraintViolat
  ionException: ORA-00001: unique constraint (WORKLIGHT.
  UNQ_DEVID_APPID_ENVID) violated" is displayed in the Ant task
  window.
