The Otis database used by Job Manager can become damaged and
cause error messages similar to:

In environments where the Job Manager Remote Host Jobs feature
is not used, in  the event of corruption of its database, it
is desired to simply disable the function rather than recover
the database, since it is not in use.

Problem conclusion

For cases where Job Manager Remote Host Jobs are not used,
this capability can be disabled by setting a cell custom
property. Set
com.ibm.websphere.management.disableRemoteHostJobs to a value
of true.  The default value is false.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 8.0.0.10 and 8.5.5.5.  Please refer to the
