Error description

• Abstract:
  Unable to re size first column of the Matrix view.
  
  Error Description:
  You can use a Matrix view to get coverage between model
  elements. You would observe that the first column in the matrix
  view is not re-sizable. Now if the name of the elements in the
  first column is too long it would fit to the whole area and not
  let you see other columns in the matrix
  
  for example:
  1. Create a matrix view  between sets of requirements in
  different package.
  2. Rename any one requirement of the package in the first column
  of the matrix view to a extra long name
  
  You won't be able to see other columns neither re-size the first
  column

Problem conclusion

• the row header column is not resizeable
  adding a property "Model:MatrixView:RowHeaderSize" to set
  the row header width.
  In addition adding a defect to add tooltip to the row header
  elements
