  CSQNERST's RMRQ call to CSQIFOBJ always expects the address of
  the FRE to be passed in Register 1.
  The current code does do that, but there is the potential that
  code would be added to CSQNERST that used R1 for other purposes.
  This could produce an ABEND0C4.
  

Problem conclusion

• CSQNERST has been changed so that any future code changes
  will not affect the call to CSQIFOBJ.
