PI23357: CLICKING ON SLICE OF RAVE VISUALIZATION DONUT CHART WHEN RUN AS HTML IN IE CAUSES AN IRREGULAR POLYGON OUTLINE OUTSIDE THE SLICE

Error description

• Using IBM Cognos BI 10.2.1 fixpack 3 and Internet Explorer to
  test the Rave visualization donut chart.  When you run a Rave
  visualization donut chart using IE (issue does not occur in
  Firefox) and run it as HTML interactively or using Run with
  Options and saving the HTML, when you click on the donut slice,
  an irregular polygon outline appears outside of the slice.
