  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When a user's system does not have a    *
  *                      Workload Manager (WLM) DB2 stored       *
  *                      procedure environment installed,        *
  *                      the stored procedure DSNWZP is not      *
  *                      available.  When issuing the            *
  *                      Generate (GEN) or DDL command on        *
  *                      panels ADB21D 'Databases', ADB21S       *
  *                      'Table Spaces', ADB21T 'Tables, Views   *
  *                      and Aliases' and ADB21X 'Indexes',      *
  *                      the command issues a SQLCODE=-471 /     *
  *                      SQLCODEN471 rc00E7900C error.           *

  When a user's system does not have a WLM DB2 stored procedure
  environment installed, the stored procedure DSNWZP is not
  available.  When issuing the GEN or DDL command, the command
  issues a SQLCODE=-471 / SQLCODEN471 rc00E7900C error. DB2 Admin
  does not generate the DDL and ends with error message ADB1951E
  / msgadb1951e.
  

Problem conclusion

• Problem has been resolved.
  
  The DB2 system parameter (DSNZPARM) values are needed when
  writing a version file. When the option GETDB2ZP='N' is
  specified on panel ADB2P2 'Change DB2 Admin Defaults'.,
  the Generate (GEN) function does not call the DB2 stored
  procedure DSNWZP and does not retrieve the DB2 system
  parameter (DSNZPARM).
  
  When the option GETDB2ZP='N' is specified on panel ADB2P2 and
  writing to a version file is needed, DB2 Admin will end with
  a RC=8 / Return Code 8 and issues new error message ADB1957E /
  msgadb1957e:

  The option GETDB2ZP='N' is specified; therefore GEN cannot
  call the DB2 stored procedure DSNWZP and get the DB2 system
  parameter (DSNZPARM) values. The DSNZPARM values are
  required when GEN generates a version file.
  
  Explanation
  The DB2 system parameter (DSNZPARM) values are needed when
  writing to a version file. The DSNZPARM values are required
  by downstream functions.

  Specify YES for the option 'Get DB2 ZPARM' on panel ADB2P2
  'Change DB2 Admin Defaults'.

  writing to a version file is not needed, DB2 Admin will end
  with Return Code 4 / RC =4  and issue new warning message
