PI23265: EVENT STUDIO FAILS WHEN PASSING PROMPT VALUES TO REPORT VIEWS

Error description

• Report views run via Event Studio fail with the following error
  message.??QFS-ERR-0139 The request has multiple errors.
  RQP-DEF-0354 The query contains one or more unresolved prompts.
  QE-DEF-0144 Prompt 'P_Year' has no substitution values.??The
  error is presented when the following conditions exist?a.
  advanced routing rule 'catch all' to ensure that any packages
  that do not have a routing set defined get routed to the 32bit
  server group.?b. a parameter value is passed to the report view
  using insertable objects in Event Studio
  

Local fix

• Remove the last advanced routing rule 'catch all' that  ensures
  any package lands on the 32bit server group when it does not mee
  t the requirements of the first two routing rules.
