Error description
In IBM Cognos 10.1.1, with 'Automatically generate footer summaries for measures' turned off, a summary row could be added manually using the 'Summarize' option. In Cognos 10.2.1, this is no longer possible. The summary option can be selected, but no summary row gets creates.
