PI23171: UNDEFINED IDENTIFIER IN DFSKNUC0 AFTER PI18969 14/08/19 PTF PEREMOVE

Error description

• PI18969 Removed unused variables from macro DFSKVARS but one
  these variables was not deleted from DFSKNUC0.  This caused an
  undeclared identifier error during compile of DFSKNUC0.

  variable results in a AKEE34012I compiler error.
