PI23170: UNDEFINED IDENTIFIER IN DFSKNUC0 AFTER PI19255 14/08/19 PTF PEREMOVE

Error description

• PI19255 Removed unused variables from macro DFSKVARS but one
  these variables was not deleted from DFSKNUC0.  This caused an
  undeclared identifier error during compile of DFSKNUC0.

  variable results in a AKEE34012I compiler error.
