Error description

• SipSession.createRequest() creates a request with an incorrect
  request-URI if there was downstream forking of the initial
  INVITE and the second branch answered

  If there is a SIP application that is used as a b2b and there
  is a downstream forking proxy and a dervied session in the b2b
  a subsequest requests generated by the callee will not be sent
  to the caller because and there will not be a contact header
  and URI in the message.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code has been corrected to include the missing Contact header
  and URI.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 8.5.5.5.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
