PI22939: IMPROPER USE OF OLDER IMAGE COPY IN LOG FORWARD MODE

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If compression and partitioning are both present on a
  tablespace, and log-forward is being used, it is possible that
  an older image copy may be used than is proper when attempting
  to resolve starting row images.
  The existence of incremental image copies by partition can cause
  this scenario. This problem can cause performance issues and/or
  may request an image copy that is no longer available.
