Upgrade to BigInsights v3.0 fails when BigInsights administrator user is set to a name other than typical 'biadmin'. User 'biadmin' is hardcoded in the upgrade script. Local fix
As a workaround, edit <installer-home>/installer/bin/_bi_backup.sh and change the biadmin to the actual BigInsights administrator user you have.
