PI22594: INCORRECT DA DISPLAY OF TRAN-ACT AND TRAN-RES FOR LONG RUNNING TRANSACTIONS

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• For long running transactions, the SDSF DA panel fields
  representing transaction values may overflow causing incorrect
  or display of *** for the respective transaction fields.  The
  threshold is around ~50 days.  The following fields can be
  affected:

  External Symptoms:
  Incorrect data or *** display on DA panel

  Verification Steps:
  1) Long running transaction (greater than ~50 days)
  2) DA display shows incorrect value or *** for Tran-Act or
     Tran-Res

Problem conclusion

• ISFDAR1  has  been  changed to  handle  interim  calculation
  values greater than '80000000'x correcting  the REXX results and
  interactive displays.
