PI22573: Report Format Display when 'run immediately' does not use defined formatting

Error description

• When we immediately run the desired report, the
  format that displays is the default format.  However, when we do
  NOT
  immediately run a report, and have to push the Run button the
  desired
  format displays.

Problem conclusion

• This issue is fixed in release Rational Change 5.3.0.6 iFix 004.
