Local fix
Rerun the DB2FIX DATABASES(DB2) job after DB2 puts out the DSNT376I and DSNT501I messages. . If cloning from a DB2 SLB another possible work around might be to do a suspend and resume of the source DB2 prior to taking the SLB.
