Error description

• The reload task of Smart Reorg utility terminates with ABEND0C4
  in HPSRITKD when all the following conditions are met:
  - APAR PI17977 / PTF UI19046 has been applied to IMS High
    Performance Load for z/OS Version 2 Release 1 (FMID=H1IM210)
  - APAR PI17978 / PTF UI19047 has NOT been applied to IMS
    Database Reorganization Expert for z/OS Version 4 Release 1
    (FMID=H25N410)
  - ITKBSRVR=servername is specified in the HPSIN DD of Smart
    Reorg utility or Pre-reorganization utility

  The reload task of Smart Reorg utility terminates with ABEND0C4
  in HPSRITKD when all the following conditions are met:
  - APAR PI17977 / PTF UI19046 has been applied to IMS High
    Performance Load for z/OS Version 2 Release 1 (FMID=H1IM210)
  - APAR PI17978 / PTF UI19047 has NOT been applied to IMS
    Database Reorganization Expert for z/OS Version 4 Release 1
    (FMID=H25N410)
  - ITKBSRVR=servername is specified in the HPSIN DD of Smart
    Reorg utility or Pre-reorganization utility
  Because the reload task attempts to access the area that is
  added by PI17978 / UI19047 regardless of the application of
  UI19047.
  

Problem conclusion

• HP Load has been modified to access the area that is added by
  PI17978 / UI19047 only when UI19047 has been applied to IMS
  Database Reorganization Expert for z/OS Version 4 Release 1.
