Error description

• Applying iFix 001 on top of rational Change 5.3.1.1 can cause
  problems with fields having web type CCM_DATE.
  
  In some cases the user will get a 'Calendar Widget not found'
  error. In other cases, clicking on the calendar icon displays
  the calendar well away from icon that was clicked, e.g. the top
  corner of the window or after the last date field in the form.
  
  A workaround is to replace the base.CCM_DATE control with the
  same from Rational Change 5.3.1.
