PI21811: ENHANCEMENT TO ALLOW A CONSISTENT LOAD JOB TO LOAD FROM AN IMAGECOPY

Error description

• This enhancement will add the ability to specify an image copy
  for a consistent load job. In this case, the job will simply
  load the data from the image copy into the accelerator without
  specifying an time or rolling through the logs.
