Error description

• This APAR enables DBD/PSB/ACB Compare to provide new parameters
  to NOCOMP option not to compare specific statements:
  AREA, RMNAME and COMPRTN in the DBDs and PCBNAME and KEYLEN in
  the PSBs.
  
  This enhancement is being implemented as a result of following
  RFE requirement:
  - RFE 32439

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR enhances the DBD/PSB/ACB      *

  *                      parameters for the NOCOMP= statement    *
  *                      not to compare specific fields.         *
  *                      The new parameters include AREA,        *
  *                      RMNAME, COMPRTN, PCBNAME, and KEYLEN    *

  new parameters for the NOCOMP= statement.
  The following parameters are added:
  
  AREA
    This parameter indicates that, for DBD and DBD-type ACB
    members, all the fields that are related to the AREA statement
    of the DBDGEN utility are not compared.
  
  RMNAME
    This parameter indicates that, for DBD and DBD-type ACB
    members, the fields that are related to the RMNAME parameter
    of the DBD statement of the DBDGEN utility are not compared.
  
  COMPRTN
    This parameter indicates that, for DBD and DBD-type ACB
    members,  the fields that are related to the COMPRTN parameter
    of the SEGM statement of the DBDGEN utility are not compared.
  
  PCBNAME
    This parameter indicates that, for PSB and PSB-type ACB
    members, the fields that are related to the PCBNAME parameter
    and the label parameter of the PCB statement that were
    specified for the PSBGEN utility are not compared.
  
  KEYLEN
    This parameter indicates that, for PSB and PSB-type ACB
    members, the fields that are related to the KEYLEN parameter
    of the PCB statement that was specified for the PSBGEN utility
    are not compared.
