PI21452: Navigation links lost when you hit Bottom in Dynamic Query Mode (DQM)

Error description

• With a DQM package and a list with a page set that is long
  enough, if you run interactivly to HTML format, then hit the
  Bottom link at the bottom of the first page, when the bottom
  page displays there are no navigation links (Page Up, Page Down,
  etc.) at the bottom of the page and you are stuck there.
