• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Problem occurs when compiler selects a hardware instruction
  that can't take an index register which results in loading the
  same element of array and an infinite loop at run time.
  The problem affects the compile with -qHGPR and -qARCH with
  value higher than 7.
  

Local fix

• Use -qNOHGPR or -qARCH>=7
