Problem summary
**************************************************************** * USERS AFFECTED: All users of IBM WebSphere Application * * Server Network Deployment edition version * * 8.0 and 8.5 * **************************************************************** * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Automatic synchronization showed * * "disabled" on dmgr log for some nodes * * but does not have a corresponding * * "enabled" message * **************************************************************** * RECOMMENDATION: * **************************************************************** Automatic synchronization showed disabled on deployment manager log for some nodes but does not have a matching enabled log message.
Problem conclusion
The "enabled" log message was missing for one code path. The problem is fixed so when the automatic sync is enabled, it will now show the enabled message in the log. The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix packs 8.0.0.10 and 8.5.5.4 Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for delivery information: http://www.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?rs=180&uid=swg27004980
