PI21162: STAT SSI ERROR 0008-0052 IN SDSF 2.1 (HQX7790)

Error description

• Problem Symptoms:
  ------------------
  Spin action command (W) issued against a DDNAME
  on the JDS panel, the command issued is incorrect
  and STAT SSI ERROR 0008-52 is issued.  Backing
  out to the previous panel shows a corrupted panel.
  
  An example of the incorrect command:
  $TJ0000038,SPIN,DD=JESYSMSG,                 BBEHANN
  
  .
  IMPACT TO CUSTOMER:
  -------------------
  SPIN command is not issued but can be issued from the
  previous panel, DA or ST.  To prevent the corrupted
  panel, attention out instead of PF3.
  
  ADDITIONAL KEYWORDS FOR SEARCHABILITY:

  CAUSE OF ERROR:
  ------------------
  ISFJDS sets the DENID2 offsets and length incorrectly
  based on the JES in use.  This causes an overlay
  of ISFUPRM with DENT data.
  
  STAT SSI ERROR 0008-0052 is returned from JES2 if
  the STATSYS passed in not valid.  We get the STATSYS
  from UPRSYSNM in ISFUPRM which has been overlaid.
  
  Also, I've seen the SECTRACE bit turned on by the
  overlay causing SECTRACE entries to display.
  
  VERIFICATION STEPS:
  ------------------
  1.  SDSF 2.1 only (HQX7790) This works in SDSF 1.13.
  2.  Issuing a Spin from JDS panel against a DDNAME
  3.  STAT SSI ERROR 0008-0052 received
  4.  PF3 out of JDS and the previous panel has extra
       characters
  5.  SECTRACE entries may be displayed -
  ISF051I SAF Access allowed SAFRC=0 ACCESS=READ CLASS=SDSF

      When the spin  action character (W) is issued  against a row
  on the  JDS panel, the generated  JES2 command is  incorrect and
  message STAT SSI ERROR 0008-52 is issued.  Returning from JDS to
  the  previous panel  shows a  corrupted panel  that may  contain
  unprintable characters.
  
  An example of the incorrect JES2 command is:
  $TJ0000038,SPIN,DD=JESYSMSG,                 BBEHANN
  
      The command  is not  processed by  JES since  the syntax  is
  incorrect.  If you are running  under ISPF use the Attention key
  to exit SDSF so as to avoid saving bad data in the ISPF profile.
  
      As a work-around, issue the W  action character from the DA,
  I or  ST panels.   The  failure only  occurs when  the W  action
  character is issued from the JDS panel.
  

Problem conclusion

• ISFJDS has  been changed to ensure  the offset to  DENID2 is
  not setup for JES2 as it is only needed for JES3 actions.
