Error description

• Worklight console: the preview icon is displayed in production
  environment. The preview is using the mobile browser simulator
  application that is not available in production environment.

Problem conclusion

• The preview icons are now not displayed if the runtime
  environment is in production mode.
  The worklightconsole.war must be reployed.
