Error description

• Correct error in the CQM TCZ customization template for
  generating job CQMCUPPT.
  
  This APAR adds the missing " _PTF " suffix to the input variable
  on the STDENV DD statement as follows:
  " CQM_CAE_CFG_PAX_PTF= "
