    ****************************************************************
HDPC gets ABEND0C4 in CSECT FABPESTM around the offset X'0FA0'
when the following conditions are met:
    - HDPC is run for HALDBs that have neither logical relationships
      nor PSINDEXes.
    - The PSA storage(low-core) is incorrectly modified by some
authorized program. Bit X'10' or X'01' at address X'00' is
      unusually turned on.

HDPC incorrectly refers to the PSA storage and this results in
the abend. This APAR fixes the problem that HDPC incorrectly
    refers to the PSA storage.

Problem conclusion

  • The FABPLBLD module has been modified to fix the error.
