APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When loading a Worklight application in the Windows Phone 8
  device or simulator, a small snapshot of the splash image
  briefly appears at the top center of the screen.  This occurs
  right after the splash image is removed and before the
  application screen is displayed.
