PI20889: DFR INCORRECTLY BUILDS THE X'3801' LOG RECORDS

Error description

• DFR builds the X'3801' log records incorrectly due to wrong
  offsets in an IMS DFSRLSE macro that was already converted to an
  IMS QLOGRELI macro.  The error was detected during internal
  testing and code review.                                 LOG3801

  *                      inflight UOR, if the UOR has updated    *
  *                      DL/I databases.                         *
  *                      However, a format of the X'3801' log    *
  *                      record built by DFR is incorrect.       *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *
  ****************************************************************
  Both an IMS DFSRLSE macro and an IMS QLOGRELI macro have a DSECT
  for mapping a X'3801' log record.
  The IMS DFSRLSE macro is not updated from IMS V5 and contains
  an old map, while the IMS QLOGRELI has a current map.
  DFR had been using the IMS DFSRLSE macro that contains the old
  map. Thereby, a format of the X'3801' log record built by DFR
  is incorrect.
  

Problem conclusion

• The following modules have been modified to convert an IMS
  DFSRLSE macro to an IMS QLOGRELI macro.
