Error description

• Navigation issues viewing SQLCODES in ISPF Client.

  This APAR addresses the following navigation issues:
  .
  1. Order of the SQLCODE column changes on exiting and
     re-entering "View SQLCODES".
  2. Selecting the detail display for an SQL code and then exiting
     back (PF3) to the previous SQL Code Summary display, the user
     is not returned to the SQLCODE selected. The display starts
     on line 3, and is a different SQLCODE column order.
