  ABEND occurs on SSRT instruction. IGZXINSP is calling program.

  *                      BEFORE/AFTER delimiter also has more    *
  *                      than one character for this condition   *
  *                      to happen.                              *

  In the COBOL library routine for INSPECT, when there was  a
  multi-character search, and when there is a partial match, the
  logic did not correctly loop back and retry other matches.
