  The DEBUG info should not be displayed on panel ADB21KB 'BIND
  Package'.  After applying this APAR, if the unexpected debug
  information appears, please issue the 'DEBUG OFF' command on
  panel ADB21K before issuing the 'B - Bind' line command to bind
  a package or 'RB - Rebind' line command to rebind a package
  to turn off debug prior to advancing to ADB21KB.
