Error description

• The following message text is incorrect as starting with DB2 10
  the PLAN_TABLE must be UNICODE.
  
   DSQ17878
   The PLAN_TABLE used for EXPLAIN cannot be ASCII or UNICODE.
  
  This PTF will correct the message text.
